June 6, 1989 <br /> Dear Town Board Member, <br /> Enclosed is a copy of a letter that was sent to Mr. Walter Olson, Jr. on April 28th. <br /> This letter was signed by 89 residents of the American Heritage Subdivision. To date, <br /> there has been no response from Mr. Olson regarding our concerns about the commercial <br /> zoning of the two lots at the entrance to our neighborhood. <br /> We would like to make you aware of how we feel about these developments and our <br /> desire to NOT have ANY commercial establishment of ANY kind in our residential area. <br /> The safety and serenity of our subdivision would be destroyed by allowing this to <br /> happen. <br /> Please read this letter and the attached letter at your next Town Board meeting <br /> so that it can become part of the public record. <br /> Thank you for your time and consideration of this matter that is of vital im- <br /> portance to us. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Kris Rudolph ' <br /> 2163 Southern Ct. <br /> Cottage Grove, WI 53527 <br />
