a. Permitted by Right: Not applicable. <br /> b. Special Use Regulations (HI) : <br /> i. Facility shall provide a bufferyard with a minimum <br /> opacity of 1.00 along all borders of the property abut- <br /> ting properties which are not zoned (HI) . <br /> ii. All outdoor activity areas shall be located a mini- <br /> mum of 100 feet from residentially zoned property. <br /> iii. Shall comply with Section 13-11-5, procedures appli- <br /> cable to all special uses. <br /> c. Conditional Use Regulations: Not applicable. <br /> (3) Communication Tower <br /> Description: Communication towers include all free-standing broad- <br /> casting, receiving, or relay structures, and similar principal <br /> land uses; and any office, studio or other land uses directly <br /> related to the function of the tower. <br /> a. Permitted by Right: Not applicable. <br /> b. Special Use Regulations: Not applicable. <br /> c. Conditional Use Requirements (RH-35ac) : <br /> i. Tower shall be located so that there is sufficient <br /> radius of clear land around the tower so that its col- <br /> lapse shall be completely contained on the property. <br /> ii. The installation and continued maintenance of a <br /> bufferyard with a minimum opacity of .80 along borders <br /> of the lot abutting residentially zoned property. <br /> iii. Shall comply with Section 13-11-5, standards and <br /> procedures applicable to all conditional uses. <br /> (4) Extraction Use <br /> Description: Extraction uses include and land uses involving the <br /> removal of soil, clay, sand, gravel, rock, minerals, peat, or <br /> other material in excess of that required for approved on-site <br /> development or agricultural activities. <br /> a. Permitted by Right: Not applicable. <br /> b. Special Use Regulations: Not applicable. <br /> c. Conditional Use Regulations (RH-35ac) : <br /> i. Shall comply with all County, State and Federal regula- <br /> tions. <br /> ii. Facility shall provide a bufferyard with a minimum <br /> opacity of 1.00 along all borders of the property. <br /> iii.
