IV. OTHER PUBLIC HEALTH/SAFETY CONCERNS. <br /> A. Security Fencing. In order to improve security and <br /> help alleviate problems caused by unauthorized persons entering <br /> the Parcel after hours, the entire Parcel shall be adequately <br /> fenced along the perimeter and secured by gates. The type and <br /> exact location of such fencing and security gates shall be as <br /> determined by the approved site plan, as described in paragraph <br /> I.G. above. The fencing must be inspected and approved by the <br /> Rutland Town Board prior to commencement of any dog racing <br /> activity on the Parcel. <br /> B. Fire Protection Plan. The owners' plan for adequate <br /> provision of firefighting services for the Parcel shall receive <br /> prior written approval from the Rutland Town Board before the <br /> Parcel can be used in connection with dog racing activities. <br /> C. Owners' Responsibility. It shall be the owners' <br /> responsibility to make adequate provisions for refuse collection, <br /> emergency medical and firefighting services, security/crowd <br /> control services, drinking water, andg&nitary waste disposal at <br /> the Parcel at all times and in compliance with applicable local, <br /> county or state regulations. <br /> D. Waste Removal. All solid waste and refuse must be <br /> collected and removed from the Parcel at least once every racing <br /> day. All animal waste must be collected and removed from the <br /> Parcel at least once every day that dogs are housed on the Parcel. <br /> It is agreed that the collection, removal and disposal of all <br /> solid and sanitary waste and refuse from the Parcel is the express <br /> 1RUTLAND,G 8 <br /> �z <br />
