The owners agree that for purposes of securing <br /> payment to the town, the owners shall deposit, with the Town <br /> Clerk, security in a form and in an amount deemed acceptable to <br /> the Rutland Town Board, prior to any dog racing activity on the <br /> Parcel. Such security shall remain effective and available for <br /> use by the town for such period of time as deemed necessary by the <br /> Rutland Town Board. <br /> F. No Waiver. The failure to enforce any of the provisions <br /> of these restrictions at any time shall not bar enforcement at a <br /> subsequent time. <br /> G. Severability. The invalidation of any one or more of <br /> the provisions of these restrictions by any court shall not affect <br /> any of the remaining provisions. <br /> H. Superseding Effect.
