be used in any way for dog racing activities. All costs incurred <br /> by the Town and Dane County in reviewing and enforcing such plan <br /> (including but not limited to engineering and legal fees and <br /> administrative costs) shall be paid by Owner. <br /> It is agreed that the Town of Rutland or the Dane County <br /> AELR Committee, or both, may determine that it is necessary to <br /> provide traffic control services or traffic control devices, or <br /> both, on public roads in connection with racing activities. it <br /> is further agreed that Owner will reimburse the Town or Dane <br /> County, or both, for all such costs and that a separate written <br /> agreement or agreements to this effect will be entered into by <br /> Owner and the Town or the Dane County AELR Committee, or both. <br /> EG. Traffic Signage. Traffic signage as deemed necessary by <br /> the Rutland Town Board and the Dane County AELR Committee to <br /> direct traffic to and from the Parcel shall be constructed and <br /> maintained, all at the costs of Owner . It is further agreed that <br /> a separate written agreement or agreements to this effect will be <br /> entered into by Owner and the Town and the Dane County AELR <br /> Committee. <br /> IV. OTHER PUBLIC HEALTH/SAFETY CONCERNS. <br /> A. Security Fencing. In order to improve security and help <br /> alleviate problems caused by unauthorized persons entering the <br /> Parcel after hours, the entire Parcel shall be adequately fenced <br /> along the perimeter and secured by gates .
