The fencing must be inspected and approved by the <br /> Rutland Town Board and by Dane County' s AELR Committee or its <br /> designee prior to commencement of any dog racing activity on the <br /> Parcel. <br /> B. Fire Protection Plan. Owner ' s plan for adequate <br /> provision of fire fighting services for the Parcel shall receive <br /> prior written approval from the Rutland Town Board before the <br /> Parcel can be used in connection with dog racing activities . <br /> C. Owner ' s Responsibility. It shall be Owner ' s <br /> responsibility to make adequate provisions for refuse collection, <br /> emergency medical and fire fighting services, security/crowd <br /> control services, drinking water, and sanitary waste disposal at <br /> the Parcel at all times and in compliance with applicable local, <br /> county or state regulations. <br /> D. Waste Removal . All solid waste refuse must be collected <br /> and removed from the Parcel at least once every racing day. All <br /> animal waste must be collected and removed from the Parcel at <br /> least once every day that dogs are housed on the Parcel . <br /> It is agreed that the collection, removal and disposal of <br /> all solid and sanitary waste and refuse from the Parcel is the <br /> express and sole Responsibility of Owner . No sanitary or solid <br /> waste or refuse from the Parcel may be disposed of at the Town of <br /> Rutland ' s landfill site.
