No burning or incineration of waste of any kind may occur on <br /> the Parcel without the express written approval of the Rutland <br /> Town Board. <br /> E. Wastewater Treatment. Owner agrees that in selecting a <br /> means of disposing of or treating wastewater, Owner will not <br /> utilize the alternative of an on-site soil absorption system. <br /> Owner must submit a wastewater management plan for the site which <br /> y� <br /> 74)^,-,./ <br /> is subject to county/approval . The plan must meet the following <br /> standards and criteria: ( i ) provide for reliably meeting all <br /> applicable surface and ground water quality standards and if the <br /> discharge would potentially affect any existing discharger ' s <br /> present or future discharge permit conditions, concurrence of <br /> those affected dischargers is required; ( ii ) ensure that area <br /> water supplies do not become contaminated so as to violate <br /> applicable drinking water standards, or , alternatively, must <br /> ensure or provide a safe water supply to any affected party; <br /> ( iii ) include a contingency plan for handling wastewater disposal <br /> in the event of breakdown or failure of any essential component <br /> of the main wastewater management system, or in the event of <br /> failure to meet applicable effluent limits or performance <br /> standards; ( iv) limit the proposed facilities to serving <br /> wastewater management needs for this site and operation only, and <br /> not be designed to provide for or encourage additional or <br /> unplanned off-site development; (v) identify responsibilities <br /> Page 11 of 20 <br /> ZON961e: 022389 :CWK:c <br />
