Owner and at least 2 individual <br /> shareholders of Owner, as individuals, further agree to provide <br /> an irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of $100,000 as <br /> security for funding of cleanup, repair and restoration in the <br /> event of failure of the wastewater treatment or disposal system <br /> and for the purpose of assuring funding for on-going <br /> maintenance. No racing activities as permitted by these deed <br /> restrictions shall take place on the Parcel prior to the filing <br /> of acceptable security, as determined by the county executive, <br /> with the county clerk of the County of Dane. <br /> F. Law Enforcement .
