for the benefit of racing operations on the Parcel, shall be <br /> compensated for by the Owner . Owner agrees any such assignment <br /> shall be on an overtime basis. Owner further agrees to provide <br /> to the county, at Owner ' s sole expense, one fully equipped police <br /> vehicle for each point of public vehicular ingress or egress from <br /> the Parcel, and to provide for a replacement of said vehicle( s) <br /> at the usual and customary intervals for replacement of Dane <br /> County Sheriff ' s Department police vehicles. All other law <br /> enforcement services provided by Dane County, including <br /> administrative and prosecutorial services, shall be at county <br /> expense. It is further agreed that a separate written agreement <br /> implementing the provisions of this paragraph will be entered <br /> into by the Owner and Dane County before racing operations are <br /> commenced on the Parcel . <br /> G. Zoning and Sanitary Enforcement . Owner agrees that the <br /> County of Dane may from time to time, in the sole discretion of <br /> the county, assign one or more off-duty zoning inspectors or <br /> sanitarians to monitor compliance with the county ' s zoning <br /> ordinances, sanitary ordinances or the terms of this agreement . <br /> Owner agrees to compensate the county for county ' s costs incurred <br /> in making such inspections. Owner agrees any such assignment <br /> will be on an overtime basis.
