Lots 2 & 3 Town of Blooming <br /> Grove. <br /> The Park Commission strongly objected to the Certified <br /> Survey and proposed rezoning request based on the lack of <br /> information related to the archaeological significance of <br /> this area and the proposed density of housing which would <br /> result in the loss of open space character this area now <br /> offers. <br /> Because of the County's newly constructed boat launch <br /> adjacent to this property the Park Commission is concerned <br /> about the increased number of complaints by the residents of <br /> this new development due to the early morning and late <br /> evening use of the launch facility. <br /> Attached is a letter from the City of Madison Parks <br /> Department relating their concerns with this proposal. <br /> Thank you for your cooperation. <br /> ks <br /> Enclosure <br /> DEG o 2 1988 <br /> td <br /> ZONING DIV. <br />
