How many cars will be exiting onto <br /> Shuman Street? <br /> Leslie Grau stated that there is no stop sign on Shuman from <br /> Bank property and why? <br /> 13. MOVED by Salkin, seconded by Faber to recommend to the council <br /> to change of zoning of Outlot 101 , 110-112 N. Main Street from <br /> R-3 to Commercial. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> 14. MOVED by Little, seconded by Ferch to open Public Hearing for <br /> change of zoning for Lot 2 & South 16 feet of Lot 3 , Miller- <br /> Mutchler addition from R-1 to Commercial (203 N. Shuman <br /> Street) at 7: 30 p.m. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> 15. Mr. A. R. Miller presented comments on what plans are for the <br /> lot. <br /> Craig Grau presented comments concerning how this change of <br /> zoning would affect many persons living in their area. <br /> Edgar Lingard spoke in favor of the project. <br /> Mike Ehly spoke against the proposed change of zoning. What <br /> are the plans going to be. <br /> Mr. Shunk answered questions on proposed layout and design <br /> plans. <br /> Craig Grau: What is the time table for project. Answer: <br /> Early spring. Will there be street lighting of lot? Answer: <br /> Yes. <br /> Comments by Mr. Shunk - all plans have not been completed. <br /> Jim Sweet asked about the review of allowing driveway opening <br /> out on to a city street. <br /> Mike Ehly voiced concern on traffic counts, building plans , <br /> etc. <br />
