Another informal session was held with Mr. <br /> Mrugala following a public hearing on another <br /> Zoning Petition. Again, Mr. Mrugala was informed <br /> of township concerns and proper county procedures . <br /> See attached minutes of June 3 meeting. <br /> #8 June 4 . The Peterson property site was visited by <br /> Larrie Isenring , Town Chairman Dave Blechinger and <br /> Jim Stewart of the Zoning Office. Stewart took <br /> pictures and notes to proceed with enforcement. <br /> #9 June 5. Mrugala filed for rezoning with <br /> conditional use. <br /> I <br /> #10 June 10. The Township planning and zoning <br /> committee met and included in the agenda was <br /> further discussion on the Mrugala - Peterson • <br /> property. The committee feels that the requests <br /> made to Mr . Mrugala have been ignored and he has <br /> knowingly proceeded to violate County Ordinance. <br /> The Township Land Planning and Zoning Committe is very aware <br /> of the need for recycling and herald Mr. Mrugala for his <br /> pioneering efforts .
