Did the Board consider the difficulty of screening from view a large garbage <br /> transfer dumpster when it is positioned on the Highest point of the property? <br /> Was any thought given to this matter before money was spent on the concrete work? <br /> 10. The Natvig site is approximately 6 acres in size. In the op*italof the Board, <br /> how much land is required for a recycling center? <br /> 11. Did the Board anticipate the problem of locating a free burning site next to a <br /> pay garbage transfer station? <br /> 12. Does the garbage transfer operation make a profit? If not is this an unfair <br /> subsidy paid by the majority of the Town residents who do not use it? <br /> 13. Will the Town Board establish a committee to determine the future use of the <br /> Natvig Rd. property and to consider the extent and site of future recycling <br /> operations? <br /> Residents of the Rolling Wheels area have demonstrated their dedication to <br /> solving these problems by twice preparing and circulating over 500 meeting <br /> notices throughout the Township and researching several locations for recycling. <br /> Will this be reflected in the makeup of this committee? <br /> We would like answers to these questions at the December 16, 1985 Public <br /> Meeting.
