That the University of Wisconsin cease the open burning of chemical wastes <br /> in the Town of Westport, Dane County, except for certain explosive or dangerous <br /> waste on or before December 31, 1975. <br /> 2. That explosive or dangerous wastes which cannot be safely disposed of <br /> . in the solvent incinerator will be disposed of using the beat alternative <br /> available technology. <br /> 3. That a source emission test be performed on the solvent incinerator <br /> on or before June 1, 1976 and that th© data and results of the test be <br /> submitted to the Department on or before July 1, 1976. <br /> 4.
