Records <br /> Room 116, City-County Building <br /> Madison, Wi . 53709 <br /> Dear Sir : <br /> With reference to Zcning petition # 3625, the Town <br /> Board of the Town of Cottage Grove has taken the following <br /> action: <br /> At a regular meeting held on March 17, 1986, a motion was <br /> made by Eugene Skaar and seconded by Steve Schultz to <br /> reconsider the original action the Board took on the rezoning <br /> request. Motion carried. <br /> A motion was made by Truman Neinstedt and seconded by <br /> Steve Schultz to approve the zone change request with the <br /> following stipulations; require an erosion control statement, <br /> a water runoff statement, reduction of the area to be rezoned <br /> by 250 feet to the south, a guarantee for site construction <br /> of a berm for the planting of trees next to the road, a berm <br /> to controiwater runoff and to construct a woven wire fence to <br /> surround the property. The driveway should be moved as far <br /> north as possible or at least 50 feet.
