Fountain, respectfully requests that above <br /> zoning petition request be placed on the agenda for a work/decision <br /> meeting as soon as possible and thereafter for action by the County <br /> Board. <br /> We have appeared before the City of Sun Prairie Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission and agreed to certain deed restrictions on use in the C-2 <br /> zoning. The restrictions will allow only the following uses in C-2: <br /> 1. Major repairs to motor vehicles. <br /> 2. Sales of new and used motor vehicles. <br /> 3. Sales of new and used mobile homes, recreational equipment, <br /> rental, sales and service. <br /> With that stipulation, the City has removed its objection to our <br /> zoning change request. Their letter is attached. <br /> We feel that with the Town of Sun Prairie and the City of Sun Prairie <br /> supporting this zoning change request as well as a majority of the <br /> neighbors supporting the zoning change request that the Committee <br /> will also give this zoning request a favorable recommendation to the <br /> County Board. <br /> We appreciate your early response. <br /> Thank you for your cooperation. <br /> JAMES F.
