The quarry <br /> will be enclosed by a fence located one foot inside the <br /> property line . <br /> Propsed Road Maintenance <br /> As a part of this application for a Conditional Use <br /> Permit, Madison Crushing offers to cooperate with the Town <br /> of Burke to upgrade the intersection of Reiner Road and <br /> County Highway T. The company would remove the south 50 feet <br /> of Reiner Rd . up to Highway T and undercut as mutually <br /> agreed and replace the rock as needed at no expense to the <br /> Town of Burke . The work would be completed within 90 working <br /> days after the ground thaws in 1988 . <br /> • <br />
