r , ,-r, ,
Now they claim that the woods in which one pit area is
located is too valuable of a wood. I have taken pictures and
described on the back, the trees, the sizes, types and conditions
of these trees and the pictures quite clearly point out that the
wood is dying and only good for fire wood, which we intend to use it
for.
I can not understand why two, three, or four people, with
no valid reasons or have no evidence to substantiate their ideas
about this sand pit or its operations should be able to withhold
this permit. As I have said before, we have a letter and petition
stating the needs of this material and also have complied with all
local and county ordianances concerning mineral extraction sites
in the past, but they keep nit-picking at anything at all just
to be heard. The people are now bringing up frivolous notions,
which have no bearing or pertain to anything connected to this
sand pit permit or operation.
I ask that you weigh the facts and look at our past record
of the previous sites, our excellent safety record and business
record and then make a decision.
Respectfully yours,
C/); 5MODERN PLUMBING & HEAT G
MICHAEL C.
