i
11. Only single engine aircraft be allowed to use the airstrip
at any time.
12. No overnight parking be permitted at any time by aircraft
not belonging to the permit holder.
13. Hanger space and other out structures and buildings be
limited to one aircraft and be positioned in the least
objectional spot as determined by the boarding neighbors.
14. No publicizing or advertising of airstrip shall be done
at any time.
15 . No planting or building restrictions shall result to the
neighbors property do to the presence of the airstrip.
We submit that the above suggestions are in the spirit of the
Weiman 's claim their intent is to maintain an airstrip for their
personal use. In the interest of neighborliness for all sides in-
volved, we ask that a commitment be made at the onset to this end.
To not do so would allow for the airstrip to be approved under
false pretenses, and allow for its further expansion. An airstrip
which could be developed into a comercial , for-profit enterprise or
for business purpose which allowed it to be used by multiple aircraft
and pilots, would have a major impact on the neighbors who were resi-
dents of the area before the issue of the airstrip was ever raised,
and who in good faith had voiced no opposition.
We respectfully ask the Board and the Weimans to consider these
concerns which hitherto have not been adequately addressed. In con-
clusion , it is our strong preference the application be denied.
Sincerely,
Joan and George Schiller
