Public,Local Government,And Agency Input <br /> • Town Board Action: the board consisting of 5 members voted 4 in favor and 1 opposed with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> "...approve zone change from Al-EX to A-B for 3 acres with the exception that the 20'x30' <br /> building and its connector to the gazebo be eliminated. Also the 2-10' gazebos by the parking <br /> lot stay the same size as presented and the southern gazebo be no larger than 22' in diameter& <br /> the parking lot remains the same size as presented. The shared shared driveway will be <br /> conspicuously signed for"No Parking"with signage to be paid for by Ms. Lightfoot. The 3 <br /> acres are resticted to point(2)(f)of Section 10.121 "Sales &Distribution of Nursery Stock and <br /> Plants" to include plants in pots as well as a u-pick operation,including cut flowers. Customer <br /> access must be from Sigglekow Road and no outdoor lighting is permitted on the A-B land." <br /> • Division of Environmental Health: Toilet rooms are required in all public buildings unless exempted <br /> as identified in s. Comm 69.2902(4), Wisconsin Administrative Code(see below). Our file does not <br /> indicate there has been any soil evaluation or other preliminary evaluation to determine the suitability <br /> for a private sewage system that would serve the retail operations at this site.
