(g) Residence for a watchman or caretaker. (h) Junk or salvage yards. (i) Sewage treatment plants. (j) Fertilizer manufacturing plants. (k) Explosive and chemical manufacturing plants. Repeal subsection 10.15 (3) (a) and recreate to read as follows: (a) The maximum height for all buildings shall be 50 feet. Tanks, storage bins, silos and towers shall not be subject to this limitation. Repeal subsection 10.15 (4) . Renumber subsection 10.15 (5) to (4) . Repeal subsections 10.15 (6) , (7) and (8) . Create a new subsection 10.15 (5) to read as follows: (5) SIDE YARD REQUIREMENTS (a) For business or commercial buildings no side yards shall be required for interior lots; provided, however, that if a business or commercial build- ing is built on a lot adjacent to a lot or parcel zoned residential, then such business or commercial building shall provide a side yard equal to that which is required for the building on the adjacent lot. Create a new subsection 10.15 (6) to read as follows: (6) REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS (a) For business and commercial buildings, the minimum depth of any rear yard shall be 10 feet. Create a new subsection 10.15 (8) tab read as follows: (8) SCREENING PROVISIONS (a) On lots adjacent to or abutting.land in a residence district, the screening provisions of Section 10.16 (8) shall be complied with prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance.
