- 5 - <br /> the additional standards in 10.11 (2) 1. shall apply to drive-in establish- <br /> ments. <br /> (b) Automobile racetracks, motorcycle race tracks including moto-cross and <br /> hill climbing courses. <br /> (c) Mineral extraction subject to the special conditions of Section 10.12 (2) (a) . <br /> (d) Solid waste disposal operations, sanitary land fill sites. <br /> (e) Auto laundries, car washes. <br /> (f) Taverns. <br /> (g) Residence for a watchman or caretaker. <br /> (h) Junk or salvage yards. <br /> (i) Sewage treatment plants. <br /> (j) Fertilizer manufacturing plants. <br /> (k) Explosive and chemical manufacturing plants. <br /> Repeal subsection 10.15 (3) (a) and recreate to read as follows: <br /> (a) The maximum height for all buildings shall be 50 feet. Tanks, storage bins, <br /> silos and towers shall not be subject to this limitation. <br /> Repeal subsection 10.15 (4) . <br /> Renumber subsection 10.15 (5) to (4) . <br /> Repeal subsections 10.15 (6) , (7) and (8) . <br /> Create a new subsection 10.15 (5) to read as follows: <br /> (5) SIDE YARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) For business or commercial buildings no side yards shall be required for <br /> interior lots; provided, however, that if a business or commercial build- <br /> ing is built on a lot adjacent to a lot or parcel zoned residential, then <br /> such business or commercial building shall provide a side yard equal to <br /> that which is required for the building on the adjacent lot. <br /> Create a new subsection 10.15 (6) to read as follows: <br /> (6) REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) For business and commercial buildings, the minimum depth of any rear <br /> yard shall be 10 feet. <br /> Create a new subsection 10.15 (8) tab read as follows: <br /> (8) SCREENING PROVISIONS <br /> (a) On lots adjacent to or abutting.land in a residence district, the screening <br /> provisions of Section 10.16 (8) shall be complied with prior to the issuance <br /> of a Certificate of Compliance. <br /> EFFECTIVE: December 27, 1976 <br /> • <br /> I <br />
