SECTION 10..05; 1.0.06; 10.07 <br /> determined by percolation test according to formulas:_of the state. board of health, <br /> but no such lot or building site shall have-a width of less than one hundred (100) <br /> feet or. area of less than fifteen thousand (15,000) square feet. <br /> (b) For.plats,' or unplatted lands where public .sewer is available, the minimum lot <br /> width shall be one hundred (100) feet and the minimum area fifteen thousand (15,000) <br /> square feet. <br /> (c) No building, together with its accessory buildings, shall occupy in excess of . <br /> thirty .(30) per cent of the area of an .interior lot or thirty-five (35) per cent of <br /> the area of a corner lot. <br /> • <br /> (4) SETBACK REQUIREMENTS' <br /> (a) Setback froth front lot line or highway right-of-way shall conform to the re= <br /> quirements of Section 10.17. <br /> (5) SIDE YARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) There shall be side yards in the aggregate of not less than twenty-five (25) feet. <br /> and`no single side yard shall be less than ten (10) feet. <br /> (6) REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) The minimum depth of any rear yard shall be fifty (50) feet. <br /> 10.06 R-2 RESIDENCE DISTRICT <br /> (1) USES 'PERMITTED • <br /> - (a) All uses permitted in the R-1 Residence District. <br /> (2) BUILDING HEIGHT .LIMIT <br /> (a) The height limitation shall be the same as for the R-1 Residence District. <br /> (3) -AREA, FRONTAGE .AND POPULATION.
