<br /> (51) Mobile Homes Park: Any plot or plots of ground upon which two (2) or more units,
<br /> occupied for dwelling or sleeping purposes are located, regardless of whether or not- a
<br /> charge. is made for such accomodation. Is subject to the requirements of Chapter 66.05ri
<br /> of the Wisconsin Statutes.
<br /> (32) Motel: ' A building containing sleeping rooms for the temporary accomodation of tour-
<br /> ists and not for permanent occupancy except by the owner or resident operator. A restaur-
<br /> ant, gift shop or the like may be perrritted for the accomodation of guests.
<br /> (33) Non-conforming Use: A building 'or premises occupied by a use which "does not •con=
<br /> form to the regulations of the district in 'which it is located:
<br /> ( 31+) 'i'ark, Amusement: An area, publ;cl,y or privately owned, containing amusement, and
<br /> recreational facilities and devices, whether operated for profit or not.
<br /> (35) Park, Public: An area owned by the county or a municipality within. the county,
<br /> .operated for the convenience and recreation of the public, and containing such facil.i.-
<br /> ties as the owning municipality shall see fit. ..
<br /> (36) Parking Lot: An area or premises on which automobiles may be: parked, and may in-
<br /> clude parking spaces for the accomodation of cars in connection with a business estab-
<br /> lishment, apartment building, office building or the like. Such lot shall be located
<br /> in the same zoning district as the building or facility it is intended to serve.
<br /> • (37) Person: Except_ where otherwise indicated by the context, the word person shall
<br /> include the plural, or a company, firm, corporation or partnership.
<br /> (38) Personal Service Shop: A shop providing personal services, such as a barber shop,
<br /> beauty .parlor and the like.
<br /> (39) Professional. Office: A building in which is provided space for professional
<br /> offices such as doctors, practitioners, dentists, realtors, engineers, lawyers,
<br /> authors, architects, musicians and other recognized professional occupations. .
<br /> (4o) Recreational Camp: An area containing one or more permanent buildings used
<br /> occasionally or periodically for- the accomodation of members of associations or groups
<br /> for recreational purposes.
<br /> (41) Rendering Plant: A plant for' the reduction of dead animals or slaughtered animals
<br /> not suitable for human consumption, to by-products, such as hide, skin, grease, bones,-
<br /> glue and soap, and for the storage of such by-products.
<br /> (42) Roadside Stand: A structure used or intended to be used by the owner or occupant
<br /> of the premises on which it is located for the sale of farm or garden products pro-
<br /> duced on the premises or adjacent premises. Such structure shall not be placed within-
<br /> the -setback line and may not be used for the sale or dealing in merchandise other than
<br /> farm products locally produced.
<br /> (43) Rooming House: Same as lodging house.
<br /> (44) Setback: The minimum horizontal distance from the front lot line or from the
<br /> center of the..highway, . measured parallel to the highway or front lot line, to the front
<br /> of the building.
<br /> (45) Sign: A sign is an emblem, name, identification, description or illustration
<br /> which is affixed to or appears directly or indirectly upon a building, structure or
<br /> 'piece of land and which directs attention to an object, product; place, activity,
<br /> person,- institution, organization or business. Neither official court or public -
<br /> notices, official highway. markers, traffic direction and control signs, nor the flag,
<br /> emblem or insignia of a. nation, political unit, school or religious group shall..be ;
<br /> considered a sign under this ordinance. '
<br /> (46) Signs (Advertising, Bill Board or Posterboard) : A sign which directs attention to
<br /> a commodity, service or entertainment not exclusively related to a specific location or-
<br /> premises where such a sign is located- or to which it is affixed.
