Office: A building in which is provided space for professional <br /> offices such as doctors, practitioners, dentists, realtors, engineers, lawyers, <br /> authors, architects, musicians and other recognized professional occupations. . <br /> (40) Recreational Camp: An area containing one or more permanent buildings used <br /> occasionally or periodically for the accomodation of members of associations or groups <br /> for recreational purposes. <br /> (41) Rendering Plant: A plant for the reduction of dead animals or slaughtered animals <br /> not suitable for human consumption, to by-products, such as hide, skin, grease, bones,. <br /> glue and soap, and for the' storage of such by-products. <br /> • <br /> '(42) Roadside Stand: A structure used or intended to be used by the owner or occupant <br /> of the premises on which it is located for the sale of farm or garden products pro- <br /> dtiuced on the premises or adjacent premises. Such structure shall not be placed within- <br /> the setback line and may not be used for the sale or dealing in merchandise other than ' <br /> farm products 'locally produced. <br /> (43) Rooming House: Same as lodging house. <br /> (44) Setback: The minimum horizontal distance from the front lot line or from the <br /> center of the highway,-measured parallel to the highway or front lot line, to the front <br /> of the building. <br /> (45) Sign: A sign is an emblem, name, identification, description or illustration <br /> which is affixed to or appears directly or indirectly upon a building, structure or <br /> 'piece of land and which directs attention to an object, product,' place, activity, <br /> person, institution, organization or business. Neither official court or public ' <br /> notices, official highway. markers, traffic direction and control signs, nor the •flag, <br /> emblem or insignia of a nation, political unit, school or religious group shall..be <br /> considered a sign under this ordinance. <br /> (46) .
