Genera Provisions Section 10.16 <br /> 2. On interior lots less than sixty (60) feet in width no accessory building shall be erected, <br /> moved or added to so as to be nearer than two and one-half (21/2) feet to the side lot line or the <br /> rear lot line. <br /> 3. On interiorl,ots abutting on two streets, or corner lots abutting on three streets, no acces- <br /> sory building shall be erected, moved or added to so as to be nearer the rear street than the <br /> setback for such street. This provision shall not apply to alleys. <br /> 4. On corner lots ahuttin g on two streets no accessory building shall he erected, moved or <br /> uclilecl to so as to be nearer to the side street than the distance required for the main building on <br /> such treel; provided,however,lhal for garages with entrances facing the side st:e}et the iniuimum • <br /> distance from such side street shall be twenty (20) feet. When the rear lot line of the corner lot <br /> forms the side line of an adjoining or abutting lot no accessory building shall he erected, <br /> moved or added to so as to be nearer such rear lot line than the side line required for the build- <br /> ing on the adjoining lot. <br /> • <br /> • S. For uses designated in Sections 10.05 (1)(f), (g) and (h)and 10.12 (1)(g) the minimum rear <br /> yard shall be the same as the side yard required for such use. <br /> • <br /> (7) Lake Shore or Water Front Lots <br /> (a) it ccessory buildings on lal.ce shore or water front lots may be located on either the street <br /> end or water front end of such lots, or both. The distance from the side line in either case shall <br /> be governed by the provi ions of Sections10.16. (6)(a); provided, however, that no accessory <br /> building, may be so placed as to reduce the required side yard for the main building. The set- <br /> back of such accessory building, when located on the street end od such lot, shall comply with <br /> the provisions of.Section 10.18. <br /> • <br /> (8) Expiration of Approval. <br /> • (a) Whenever any use or construction shall require the approval of site by either the zoning <br /> committee or the county board, such use shall be started, or such use shall be covered by permit, <br /> within one year from the date of such approval, otherwise such approval shall expire; provided, <br /> however, that such approval may be renewed after, one year without requirement of a second <br /> public hearing if the zoning committee or the county board shall so determine. <br /> (9) Size, Locati on and Placement of Signs <br /> (a) In districts in which signs and billboards are permitted such signs shall not exceed five <br /> hundred (500) square feet of advertising space or face area exclusive of trim. When placed on <br /> the interstate system such signs shall conform to the requirements of Section 84.30 of the stat <br /> utes and the rules of the state highway commission. On otherhighways such signs may be placed <br /> at the right of way line except at intersections. When placed on a federal or state trunk highway <br /> no sign shall be closer than 150 feet to the nearest right of way line of the intersecting highway <br /> and the minimum distance between signs shall be 100 feet. When placed on a county trunk or <br /> town road no sign shall be closer than 100 feet to the nearest right of way of the intersecting <br /> highway and the minimum distance between signs shall be 100 feet.
