• <br /> Off Street Parking Section 10.18 <br /> Tourist. & 'frailer (-amiss & Mobile Homes Parks Section 10.19 <br /> •lank or Salvage Yards Section 10.20 <br /> (Ii) l;e:;tauiranls;, taverns and the like, except curb service establishments, shall provide one <br /> pairking space for each fifty (50) square feet of floor space devoted to the use of patrons. <br /> (i) Funeral parlors and mortuaries shall provide one parking space for each fifty (50) square <br /> feet of floor space devoted to parlors. <br /> (j) 13owlin g alleys shall provide five (5) parking spaces for each alley. <br /> (k) Garages and service stations shall provide adequate parking space for vehicles waiting to <br /> be serviced or repaired. <br /> 10.19 TOURIST AND TRAILER CAMPS AND MOBILE HOMES PARKS. <br /> (1) Boundaries and Area <br /> (a) The boundaries of a tourist or trailer camp or mobile homes park shall be clearly defined. <br /> The minimum area for each mobile home, cabin or room in a motel shall he two thousand (2,000) <br /> square feet. The area occupied by a service building, or other accessory buildings, or parking <br /> spaces, shall not be construed as reducing the total camp arli a when computing the number of <br /> units permitted. <br /> (2) Location of i3uildings and 'Trailers.• <br /> • (a) The minimum distance between trailers and cabins or between such units and the side or <br /> rear lot line of the camp area "shall be ten (10) feet and no such building or trailer shall be <br /> located within the setback area. Trailers shall be so parked as to provide ready exit from the <br /> camp without disturbing other units. <br /> (3) llealth and Sanitary Regulations. <br /> (a) All tourist and trailer camps shad comply fully with the state board of health regulations <br /> covering registration, water supply, toilets, laundry and bathing facilities and the disposal of <br /> waste. <br /> 10.20 JUNK OR SALVAGE YARDS. <br /> (1) Use. <br /> (a) For purposes of this ordinance any premises or buildings used for or in connecti on with <br /> the buying, selling, gathering, storing or shipping of old iron, rags, paper or other waste of <br /> salvage material commonly included within the term junk or salvage, or the wrecking of autom- <br /> hiles, trucks, tractdrs, or other motor vehicles or machinery, slid l be construed a juql or salvage <br /> yard. <br /> (2) Location and Boundaries. <br /> (a) No junk or salvage yard shall be located within two hundred (200) feet of the boundary of <br /> a residential, rural homes or local business district, and no operation in connection with such <br /> business shall be carried on within one hundred fifty (150) feet of any street, road or highway. <br /> 95 <br /> 1 <br />
