M -1 INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT <br />CO -1 CONSERVANCY DISTRICT <br />10.15 M -1 INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT <br />(1) USES PERMITTED% <br />SECTION 10.15 <br />SECTION 10.155 <br />(a) All uses permitted in the C -2 Commercial and Light Manufacturing <br />District, except residential uses, including dwellings, rooming and boarding <br />houses and tourist and trailer camps; provided, however, that accomodations <br />may be provided for watchmen and caretakers employed on the premises and <br />their families. <br />(b) Any other use not in conflict with law, provided, however, that <br />noxious or hazardous uses be subject to the provisions of 10.25 (4), Application <br />for Approval of Site. <br />(2) BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT: <br />(a) None. <br />(3) AREA, FRONTAGE AND POPULATION DENSITY REGULATIONS: <br />(a) No minimum area or lot width. The total ground floor area of all <br />buildings shall not exceed eighty (80) per cent of the area of any interior <br />lot or seventy (70) per cent of the area of a corner lot. <br />(4) SETBACK REQUIREMENTS: <br />(a) Setback from front lot line or highway right of way shall comply with <br />the provisions of Section 10.17. <br />(5) SIDE YARD REQUIREMENTS: <br />(a) On interior lots no side yard required. On corner lots the side yard <br />on the side facing the side street shall comply with the provisions of Section <br />10.16 (5)(b). <br />(6) REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS: <br />(a) The minimum depth of any rear yard shall be ten (10) feet. <br />(7) OFF- STREET PARKING: <br />(a) Off- street parking space shall be provided in accordance with the <br />provisions of Section 10.18. <br />10.155 CO -1 CONSERVANCY DISTRICT <br />(1) USES PERMITTED: <br />(a) Hunting, fishing and trapping. <br />(b) Propagation and raising of game animals, foul and fish. <br />
