be made to meet the demands of all the property owners in the Yellow Zone. 7. The Village retains the right at any time during the term of this Agreement to classify water customers and to fix rates for each class of customer; provided the rates fixed for water furnished to customers outside the Village in the Yellow Zone are the same as the rates for similar customers within the Village. 8. -The customers within the Yellow Zone shall be entitled to the same discount for prompt payment of water bills as is allowed to customers inside the Village. The discount shall be fixed by Village ordinance. 9. The average daily supply of water furnished shall meet all reasonable requirements of customers within the Yellow Zone insofar as is possible under the laws of Wisconsin. Initially, the Village is able to provide a minimum of 200,000 gallons per day to the Yellow Zone. 10. The Village shall provide, make .and keep in reasonable repair all of its water service in the Yellow Zone. The Village shall also provide, make and keep in reasonable repair all systems, connections and equipment serving or affecting service to the Yellow Zone. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as to impose responsibility upon any party to this Agreement to maintain water equipment or connections owned by property owner and/or by any person who is not a party to this Agreement. 11 Nothing contained herein shall be construed osohas to impose responsibility upon any party is Agreement to maintain water laterals, curb boxes, systems, equipment or connections owned by the property owner and/or by any party who is not a party to this Agreement. 12.
