aid the Town Utility District in billing and <br />collecting reasonable charges for the sanitary <br />sewer services provided the property owners. <br />5. The parties shall not be responsible in money <br />damages for any failure of property owners within <br />the Yellow Zone to receive the service designated <br />above or for any interruption of the service <br />furnished hereunder. The Town Utility District <br />shall, upon written notice, restore service to <br />customers within the Yellow Zone within a <br />reasonable time; and the same deference shall be <br />given to the customers in the Yellow Zone as is <br />given to the Town Utility District's customers. <br />6. The Village agrees that duly authorized engineers, <br />inspectors and/or agents of the Town Utility <br />District shall be allowed to make inspections and <br />tests to determine that the sewage disposal system <br />is operating properly and complies with all Rules, <br />Regulations and Ordinances of the Town and Town <br />Utility District. Upon receiving written notice <br />by the Town Utility District that certain repairs <br />are to be made, new equipment installed or <br />procedures of operation changed, the. Village shall <br />cooperate with the Town Utility District, county, <br />state or federal authorities with respect thereto. <br />7. The Village agrees not to allow any other town, <br />village, municipality or any person, corporation <br />or organization located outside of the Yellow <br />Zone, to discharge their sewage into the sewage <br />system of the Town Utility District without the <br />written consent of the Town Utility District. <br />8. No assignment, transfer, lease and/or sublease of <br />this Agreement shall be made by Village without <br />the written consent of Town Utility District. <br />VI. JOINT INDUSTRIAL/COMMERCIAL <br />DEVELOPMENTAL ZONE BOARD <br />A. In order to promote the orderly development of lands <br />lying within the Yellow Zone, the parties hereby <br />establish a Joint Industrial/Commercial Developmental <br />Zone Board (hereinafter "Board").
