accordance with Wis. Stats. § 66.027 (1987-88). The parties - hereto stipulate and agree that upon the due and formal approval of this stipulated settlement by the governing bodies of each of the Town, Town Utility District and the Village, the court shall promptly thereafter enter a final judgment incorporating the provisions of this stipulation and fixing the common boundary lines between the Town and Village and that the final judgment shall conclude the litigation between the parties, with prejudice and without costs. - VIII. ENFORCEMENT OF AGREEMENT A. This Agreement shall be enforceable through the courts. B. The parties agree that at the sole discretion of the court having jurisdiction over any dispute under this Agreement the court may select a single arbitrator. The arbitration shall be handled in the manner as provided for in Chapter 788 or any successor statute. The decision of the arbitrator shall be subject to review in the manner provided in Chapter 227 of the Wisconsin Statutes, and in any proceeding under arbitration, the decision of the arbitrator shall be subject to modification by a court as set forth in Chapter 788 or any successor statute. IX.
